Jean Kalanzi is Senior Vice President of Production Finance for Magical Elves, where she has methodically developed, implemented and built the production finance department while managing anywhere from eight to ten freelance accountants throughout the year.

 

With more than twenty-six years of experience in production finance, Kalanzi actually started her career in New York working on major studio films and television projects. Working her way up the ranks from clerk to production accountant, her resume boast such films as “Elf”, “Anger Management”, “Out of Sight”, ”Unfaithful”, “13 going on 30” and “Summer of Sam”. Her first foray into reality television came with the, then new, series “Project Runway.” In 2005, Kalanzi accepted the offer to become a full time Accountant at Magical Elves, and moved to Los Angeles.

 

Kalanzi received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University
