Chi Kephart is Head of Business Affairs and General Counsel for Tinopolis North America, overseeing all business and legal affairs matters for A. Smith & Co. Productions, A. Smith & Co. Dox and Magical Elves.

 

Kephart joined Magical Elves in 2008 and began working with A. Smith & Co. Productions and A. Smith & Co. Dox after Tinopolis’ acquisition of Magical Elves’ in 2014. Prior to joining Magical Elves Kephart served as a business and legal affairs executive at various entertainment companies including ABC Entertainment, FremantleMedia, The Walt Disney Company and Paramount Studios.

 

Kephart has been a member of the New York Bar since 1996 and of the California Bar since 1997, and earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. Kephart received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA in 1993.
